MY APPROACH
Many people only begin listening to their body once it starts shouting through persistent tension, exhaustion, discomfort or pain. My work is about helping you reconnect with what your body needs before you reach that point.
Massage is not simply an occasional luxury. It can be a valuable part of caring for your physical wellbeing, emotional balance and resilience in a life that often asks us to remain productive long after our bodies are asking for rest.
I create a calm and welcoming space where you can step away from your responsibilities for a while. There is nothing you need to achieve, explain or take care of during your appointment. This is time in which your body and your wellbeing are allowed to come first.
Each session is guided by what you need that day. Sometimes that means focused work on specific areas of muscular tension. Sometimes it means slowing down, breathing more deeply and allowing the nervous system to settle. Often, the body needs a combination of both.
