Food is about far more than nutrition. It is comfort, connection, energy, care and often one of the simplest ways we look after ourselves and the people we love.
My aim is not to create another set of rules around eating or make healthy food feel complicated. I want nourishing meals to feel realistic, achievable and enjoyable, even during the busiest or most demanding phases of life.
Whether I am preparing meals, teaching a cooking class or supporting a family through difficult mealtimes, I focus on practical solutions that fit into real homes and real routines. Good food should support your life, not become another source of pressure.
Sometimes support means learning new skills. Sometimes it means having a meal ready when you no longer have the capacity to cook. Sometimes it means helping a child approach food with a little more confidence and curiosity.
