MY APPROACH
Pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period ask an extraordinary amount of the body. Muscles, joints, posture, circulation and energy levels are constantly adapting, while daily life often leaves very little room for true rest and recovery.
At the same time, attention naturally shifts towards the baby. Mothers are often expected to continue functioning, caring and holding everything together while their own physical and emotional needs quietly move into the background.
My massage treatments create a space where that focus can return to you.
Each session is adapted to your stage of pregnancy, postpartum recovery and current needs. Through thoughtful positioning, gentle pressure and intentional bodywork, I help you release tension, settle your nervous system and experience a moment of physical and emotional rest.
This is a space where you do not need to perform, care for anyone else or explain why you are tired. For a little while, you are not only the person who carries, feeds, comforts and organises. You are a woman and a human being with needs of your own.
