Helping Hands was created to bring a little bit of that village back.

We are a network of independent specialists serving Vilseck, Grafenwöhr, Amberg, Sulzbach-Rosenberg and the surrounding area, supporting families through fertility journeys, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth, postpartum recovery, parenting, relationships and family life. Each of us brings a unique area of expertise, and together we support Body, Mind and Soul.

Sometimes you need practical help around the house so you can rest, recover and focus on what matters most. Sometimes you need someone to listen, help you process difficult experiences or navigate fears and uncertainty. Sometimes you need a trusted professional who can help you work through challenges, improve communication and find your footing again as a couple or family team.
